Indulge in Our Offerings

At Saigon Sourdough Kitchen, We Proudly Offer

Irresistible Sourdough Pastries

Our sourdough pastry dough is made from 100% natural leavening, mixed, laminated, and long fermented over three (3) days for ideal flavor and texture. We use unbleached flour from King Arthur and 83% European-style butter. Each pastry is individually hand-shaped and baked fresh each morning.

Our pastries are the ultimate pastry, with dozens of buttery, puffy, flaky layers creating the real French pastry.

Sourdough Artisan Breads

Our sourdough artisan bread is a slow-fermented bread that is naturally leavened with the sourdough starter. Our sourdough starter is not just a mixture of flour and water, it’s a living entity that’s carefully nurtured.

Each batch of sourdough bread carries not only a legacy of flavor and an airily chewy crust but is also cultivated over time to achieve the perfect balance of tanginess and depth. The traditional fermentation process not only creates a rich, complex flavor but also enhances its nutritional profile and digestibility.
